All the images used in the New Testament to illustrate what ‘church’ is and how it should operate (e.g. body, building, family) imply committed relationship. Church is about members rather than attenders. So when people have attended church meetings for a while icc encourages them to become members and runs frequent ‘Plugging-in to icc’ evenings to explore what church membership involves.
