This post is a new collaborative venture between Christian Youth Ministries (CYM) and Ipswich community church (icc).
The split of duties and time commitment (days of work etc.) between the two roles will be as given in the job specification (link below) and may be adjusted by mutual agreement between the sponsoring organisations and the applicant. The successful applicant will adopt both roles simultaneously.
The PRU is located immediately next door to the icc centre & the role has potential to strengthen links between the two to mutual benefit. The area is densely populated and the most ethnically diverse in Ipswich with many people speaking little or no English and it presents a spectrum of social challenges and opportunities.
